Matt came to us by way of California. His passion is to help facilitate an environment where people are free to worship, experience & bless God. He sees music as an incredible vehicle to use for worship…the end result isn’t singing a song…but rather engaging and being engaged by a very real, compassionate, loving Father and allowing Him to bring change and freedom in our lives.
Jesus came to tell the poor the good news of the kingdom, to bring freedom to those that are captive, to give sight to the blind and free the oppressed. Matt believes that Jesus continues His ministry today & that we are currently living in the tension of His kingdom come & coming.
Matt has many 'likes'…which include, but are not limited to: his wife, reading, writing, biking, the ocean, music, concerts/shows, thinking, Mexican & Greek food, sunshine, movies, slow days, surfing, green grass, nice people, coffee, the beach, chips and salsa, bonfires, green tea, good hair days, hiking, and more than all of these...writing in the third person.
Matt is married to his best friend, Heather…who he considers an absolute blessing, treasure and gift. They live with their Boston Terrier, Johnny Cash, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
