His Place Church (HPC) is led by a 8 member Elder Team, which includes 2 Pastors.

The Elders serve for an indeterminate period of time, subject to an annual confirmation by the congregation.  All ministries of the Church are under the supervision of the Elder Team and leaders of the ministries must be members of the Church.
